The Emergency Welfare & Relief Program (EWRP) by the Arullsamy Foundation is a humanitarian response initiative built on a simple promise: no family should face disaster alone.
When floods, landslides, fires, pandemics, or sudden economic shocks strike, plantation and rural communities often find themselves without the means to recover.
EWRP delivers immediate relief — food, medicine, and shelter — while helping families rebuild their lives with dignity.
This program represents the spirit of solidarity that lies at the heart of the Foundation’s mission: to bring hope when hope seems lost.

The Emergency Welfare & Relief Program ensures that help reaches those in need at the right time:

Our Pilot Model
A modest ₨ 1 million enables the Arullsamy Foundation to provide life-saving relief to hundreds of families affected by disaster.
Each pilot cycle includes:
- Emergency packs for 200 families(food, medicine, hygiene items).
- Shelter kitsfor displaced families.
- Volunteer mobilisation and trainingfor local responders.
- Rehabilitation assistanceto help families regain stability.
This cost-effective model ensures that every rupee directly impacts the lives of those who need it most.
